Immigrated to the US
Indian school year runs from April to March, and since I was almost done with 6th grade, I tried to skip to 7th grade in the US. I passed the entrance exam and received my class schedule, but then someone noticed I had just turned 12 and had to stay in 6th grade until June. So basically I was in 6th grade for like 12 months!
