Today is a very special day. 📅 On this day in 2017, I reached out to Jia Jiang for the first time using InMail regarding his 100-day sales and marketing internship program.

I had stumbled upon his #rejection videos and blog a few days before that and felt like I could relate to his experience. 😊 After discovering his internship, I just knew I had to apply, even if I didn’t meet all the requirements.

After about a day’s worth of daydreaming and making my LinkedIn look pretty, I reached out on the evening of January 5th, 2017. To my surprise 😲, I actually got a same-day response at 11:19 pm asking me to email him my resume. The phone and Skype interviews followed within the next few days and the rest is history.

I’m really glad I made this decision 🎯 365 days ago because there has not been a single day when I did not wake up not feeling excited about helping people become #RejectionProof.
